Founded on the first letters of our family’s names (Lucy, Owen, Abigail, Dave, Helen, Edith, Maisie, and Simon), LOADHEMS was built on a foundation of pride, passion, and over 40 years of combined experience. The name might be a mouthful, but our work speaks for itself.

At the helm, we’ve got Dave Fox, a master electrician with over 20 years of hands-on experience in electrical and data installations. Dave is the guy you want when precision and quality matter most. Known for his attention to detail and impeccable work ethic, he ensures that every project—whether it’s wiring up a smart home or a massive commercial facility—gets the expert treatment it deserves.

On the strategic side, we have Simon McAlpine, Dave’s brother-in-law and business partner. With over two decades in the IT industry, including the successful build and exit of a Managed Service Provider (MSP), Simon brings a unique perspective to the company. His experience means that when it comes to data cabling and IT infrastructure, we don’t just get the job done—we get it done right.

We’ve been in business for over 3 years, and in that time, we’ve built an excellent reputation for delivering quality.
